What You Will Be Doing
Elevating Customer Experience
- Deliver the One Luxe experience, consistently executing the One Luxe service model for a premium personalized customer journey.
- Demonstrate products, immerse customers in brand heritage, and offer tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques.
- Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
Driving Retail Performance
- Achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic relationships with customers, both in‑store and digitally, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform customers about upcoming in‑store events, promotions, and brand activations.
- Design and execute innovative, engaging events and animations to generate excitement for L\’Oréal Luxe brands.
- Represent L\’Oréal Luxe brands passionately on internal and external social media, adhering to guidelines.
Operational Excellence
- Participate in team efforts and complete required training programs to maintain product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using designated platforms (Tamigo / One Retail).
- Uphold hygiene and housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting counter environment.
