  • Embody Excellence: Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
  • Stay Trend‑Forward: Keep a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends for expert advice and recommendations.

Driving Retail Performance

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet individual and counter sales goals as agreed with the line manager.
