I am the Beauty Advisor Advocacy & Influence Manager. I am responsible for driving the omni experience & expertise of our BA population. My projects inspire and upskill our BAs to be more engaged in social, digital & online platforms, enabling them to deliver an exceptional consumer experience. I am an innovator & omni entrepreneur, pushing omni development to the future & constantly building my knowledge and expertise to build innovative plans.
Key Responsibilities
THE BA OMNI JOURNEY
- Enrich the BA Experience Strategy by creating the Omni/Digital journey & development BA strategy.
- Execute the Omni & Digital BA Experience strategy in collaboration with Omni Education, O+O Consumer experience & media/Community/Managers.
- Elevate BA/Employee Advocacy through an engaging social & advocacy programme, meeting the Luxe BA advocacy KPI.
- Champion a culture of high-performance social engagement, local tribe curation and content production that converts
- In collaboration with O+O CX & Retail Field Management, define how BAs complement the O+O consumer journey through multiple touchpoints.
- Upskill BAs in social skills through the Luxe Social Media Education Program, the latest trends, online platforms & programs.
- Foster collaboration through stakeholder management.
- Network across the digital & advocacy community to keep up to date with the latest technology & trends.
- Through store visits, provide insights & feedback on how to enrich the BA Experience journey.
- Collaborate with Retail partners on social media & Digital Education.
ONE RETAIL
- Contribute to the One Retail engagement strategy.
- Provide regular content & interact with the BA Community to encourage content creations.
- Create Learning modules for BA online learning & development.
TRANSVERSAL EDUCATION
- Deliver Transversal BA Education, especially when Digital & Omni.
- Put the Omni Lens onto all content delivered to BA’s.
BA PROJECTS
- Contribute & execute BA Transformation projects in collaboration with the team.
- Lead Digital BA Experience Transformation projects.
- Collaborate with HR Retail & Retail Management on Digital/Social BA recruitment strategies.
