Overview
Senior E-Activation Manager, L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division. Reports into the Ecommerce Director, working hand-in-hand with the CDO, Commercial and Brand Teams. You will be the strategic lead for online activation of our dermatological brands (La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy and SkinCeuticals) across Key Pure Player, O&O and DTC accounts, ensuring we bridge medical credibility with digital performance to drive sell-out and market share.
Responsibilities
- Online Activation Strategy: Work directly with the Commercial, CDO and Brand teams to identify key opportunities to accelerate brands online through activation excellence, delivering cutting edge and best in class consumer shopping experiences with key retail partners.
- Medical Category Elevation: Drive and elevate the Dermatological Category Online. Be obsessed with driving the Medical Equity of our brands. Implement the dermatological category expression and engage retail partners on cross-channel activation across online retailers to win share.
- Shopper Insight + Performance Management: Proactively monitor and analyse ecommerce shopper insights, trends and performance data, benchmarking against the competition to inform ongoing plan adaptation. Deliver actionable insights on key initiatives, including retailer moments, tentpole activations and new launches.
- End-to-End Category Campaign Eventing: Develop, lead and execute Multi-Brand Medical Eventing strategies—leading with consumer insight to deliver full-funnel executions that drive acquisition and retention, maximizing retailer moments by collaborating with internal teams. Secure and align resources and budgets behind strategies to ensure we have the fuel to win.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Champion effective collaboration with Retail Media, Advocacy, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive transversal KPIs, ensuring alignment of paid media and on-site investments with activation moments, hero selections, brand moments and new product launches.
- Content + PDP Excellence: Develop an understanding of best-in-class PDP content to establish always-on merchandising and ecommerce content excellence. Focus on launch excellence and ongoing performance optimisation. Monitor the health of online PDPs through owned tools across KPIs such as R&R, retail readiness, CVR, AOV, organic SOV and product rank.
- Strategic Impact & Team Contribution: As a senior leader, upskill, own and deliver workstreams and projects designed to drive ecommerce growth and division, actively contributing to divisional forums and leveraging expertise to improve outcomes.
