You will manage turnover and full P&L reporting follow-up with the divisions, providing performance insights and variance analysis to senior leadership. Ensuring alignment across divisions for reporting.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of slide decks and analytical commentary for monthly analysis and senior leadership visits for the CFO and UKI Finance leadership team, incorporating the use of new dashboards and reporting suites.
- Responsible for tracking key Budget Indicators and UKI-wide Risks & Opportunities (R&O).
- Focus on continuous improvement of processes and reporting tools, incorporating the use of AI.
- Own the retro-planning process for the UKI team, coordinating and planning meetings.
- Serve as the primary lead for the Finance Shared Services team (BEST), driving KPI delivery and continuous process improvement.
- Manage the centralized UKI Capex sign-off with the CFO, validating investments and ensuring strategic alignment within the financial frame.
- Responsible for UKI FX needs requirements and Treasury liaison to streamline reporting and risk mitigation.
- Own UKI P&L governance for non-recurring items, FX impacts, and the tracking of purchasing savings.
- Experience working with various teams from a complex, global matrix structure with multiple reporting lines.
- High level of exposure to the senior leadership team, experience of partnering to Exec level.
Qualifications
- An accounting qualification either ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Worked previously within FP&A in a consumer goods/retail environment.
