As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be at the heart of our brand’s digital evolution, blending technical management with creative strategy. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our website—managing banners, content hubs, and product catalogues—while ensuring our innovative tech services, such as virtual try-ons (VTO) and skin analysis tools, deliver a seamless consumer experience.

Your responsibilities will span the entire digital ecosystem:

  • Website Maintenance
  • Assist Marketing and Digital Manager in the management of brand website updates – Banners, content, brand hubs, and catalogue
  • Proof-read branded content and localization kits provided by marketing to ensure agency information is provided
  • Website analytics and reporting working closely with our web mastering coordinator at our agency Photon and DataWords
  • Tech & Services
    • Work with DMI to ensure roll out of all NPD uploads on our onsite services such as VTO (modiface) and skin analysis tools
    • Report on Services NPS
    • Overall management of JOIN stories integration and working together with A&I teams to get UGC added to the backend
  • Search
    • Work with search agency to identify trends and content gaps and brief editorial content
    • Implementing SEO & GEO best practice
    • Reviewing adcopy and keyword recommendations and ensuring legal & scientific approval
  • Ratings & Reviews
    • Work with sales and marketing team on brand on planning review campaigns
    • Own the setup in Bazaarvoice and manage the sends outs via Linney
    • Maintain monthly calls with the customer care teams and keep them up to date of review planning
    • Work with IT on any backend updates such as SFTP and HIP requests
  • A&I
    • Specific reporting on SOI post large influencer outreach campaigns
    • Supporting data, insight and reporting across A&I, including SOI data, dashboards and trackers
    • Gathering competitor and market insights to identify trends and best practice
    • Assisting with insight pulls and deep dives using Trackr, Power BI and internal tools
    • Maintaining shared advocacy dashboards, trackers and libraries (case studies, toolkits)
    • Coordinating information and requests across brand, zone and central stakeholders
  • Reporting
    • Regularly generate, analyse, interpret and communicate traffic against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Competitor benchmark analysis and monitoring competitor campaigns
    • Research and create best practice presentations on new digital initiatives
