Are you a digital powerhouse with a passion for excellence and a knack for transforming online experiences? L'Oréal Paris UK is seeking an entrepreneurial and digitally native individual to take the reins of lorealparis.co.uk, our digital flagship, as a Digital Manager. Reporting to the Head of Digital Engagement (CPD), you'll be instrumental in driving site performance, optimizing content, enhancing search visibility, and leveraging data to deliver unparalleled online customer journeys, all while shaping the future of our brand's digital presence in the UK.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
You’ll report to the Head of Digital Engagement (CPD) and sit in the Consumer Products Division Digital team within Media, Advocacy & Digital under the CPD CDO. You’ll be the go-to for lorealparis.co.uk, driving site excellence as our UK digital flagship.
- Website & Content Ops: manage timely content & product uploads aligned to the UK marketing calendar; ensure catalogue accuracy and brand claim compliance; coordinate technical fixes with our agency Photon.
- Search & Performance: partner with Publicis search teams and category stakeholders to inform SEO and paid search framing; optimise discovery and visibility across channels. Drive GEO for your brand to gain best discoverability across search.
- Services & Ratings: integrate and manage tools (Yieldify, Commerce Connector, Bazaarvoice); grow product review and UGC coverage; liaise with affiliate agency Acquire.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Delivery: deliver actionable performance reporting (PowerBI, GA); advise UK brand teams on digital best practice; support O+O activations and AI/transversal projects.
