You won't just be observing change; you will be an active engine of it, helping the division become more agile, efficient, and data-driven.
Day-to-day you may be...

- Process Unblocking: Assisting in the design and implementation of new workflows to "unblock" teams and improve speed-to-market.
- Data Synthesis: Gathering feedback from various stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to map out transformation opportunities.
- Project Tracking: Managing the Transformation dashboard to ensure sprint milestones are met and benefits are communicated to the wider division.
- Community Animation: Helping to present transformation progress in town halls or via internal digital newsletters.
- Ad-hoc Strategic Support: Assisting the Director with high-level presentations and research into industry best practices for organizational change.
You have...
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural curiosity to ask "why?" and the ability to identify the root cause of a problem.
- Agile Thinking: An interest in (or knowledge of) Sprint methodologies and a desire to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Communication Skills: The confidence to engage with stakeholders at different levels and translate complex barriers into clear action points.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to look at data or process maps and draw logical conclusions.
- Proactivity: A "self-starter" attitude with a keen eye for improved efficiency and the drive to follow through on unblocking tasks.
- Digital Fluency: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to help visualize transformation journeys.
