A Day in the Life / Responsibilities
- Oversee community management fostering positive brand interactions and TOV with support from the E-BA.
- Be on the pulse with social trends, conversations and cultural moments to proactively engage the community and keep our brand TOV ahead of the curve and relevant.
- Support the social team by spotting emerging viral content, building proactive conversations and adding value to the comment section of these posts.
- Flag any relevant tags from top influencers or interesting content to the wider advocacy team.
- Work collaboratively with the social team to build and execute the online community engagement strategy including building a process on how we engage with our community out of office hours to ensure we are on the pulse and fueling engagement at the right moments.
- Meet business key performance indicators such as timely comments and 100% response rate on Sprinklr.
- Manage and build our micro and nano L’Oréalista platform effectively to drive brand love and mentions.
- Foster relationships with micro and nano talent via L’Orealista platform.
- Manage seeding and event outreach for the L’Orealista community.
- Develop and utilise data-driven insights to inform community management strategies.
- Lead on any customer care upskilling, responses or queries with support from product brand managers.
- Continuously test, learn, and measure results to demonstrate the value of your work and report on KPIs regularly.
- Own and manage the community budget.
