What You Will Be Doing

  • Elevating Customer Experience: Act as a Lancôme brand ambassador, delivering personalised service and maintaining merchandising standards. Stay trend‑forward with the latest makeup, skincare and wellness trends to give expert advice. Consistently execute the Lancôme service model for a premium, personalised experience. Demonstrate products, immerse customers in Lancôme heritage, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques.
  • Driving Retail Performance: Consistently achieve individual and counter sales goals. Build authentic relationships with customers, both in‑store and digitally, fostering loyalty. Inform customers of in‑store events, promotions and brand activations. Design and execute engaging events and animations that drive interest and excitement. Represent Lancôme on social media, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in team efforts and complete required training for product knowledge. Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms. Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping for a clean counter environment.
