Overview
L’Oréal Group is looking for a Regional Make Up Artist for Birmingham/Nottingham (37.5 Hours).
Responsibilities
- Deliver Masterclasses to various size groups of clients and influencers, driving retail results in assigned stores daily.
- Deliver retail activities and adapt sessions when pre-booked activity is cancelled or under subscribed.
- Influence stakeholders, be results oriented, and be accountable for the performance of events in stores.
- Act as a genuine Brand Ambassador, leading animation and coaching for retailer engagement while bringing brands to life; grow retail business by achieving metrics and incremental growth.
- Create videos and content for education and social media in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist the Advocacy and Influencer team on request.
- Drive CRM and data capture at events/store visits to increase customer loyalty.
- Work with influencers and fashion shows to create brand looks; lead in-store events and masterclasses with a strong on-camera presence.
Must Haves
- Very high level makeup artistry.
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
- Proven track record of driving retail results and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven track record of organizing and executing successful face-to-face and virtual masterclass events.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs; willing to travel across UKI, with occasional overnight stays; store-based role requiring travel within the region.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities.
