Your Mission:

Bonjour! Our retail teams are the heart of our business at Lancôme, they spread its vision of French spirit and elegance whilst building genuine connections with customers. With an incredible heritage of 85 years, Lancôme supports tackling building a happier and more sustainable future for all.

You will have a strong business acumen, including experience within being accountable for sales analysis & inventory management. You will be self-driven and have the ability to coach and develop your team to deliver on individual sales targets, working with your Area Manager to set personal team targets and monitor each team member's performance, to build on their capabilities.

You will ooze passion for Make-up, Skincare and Fragrance and delivering exceptional service, being a Luxe role model, leading by example to your teams to deliver memorable customer experiences. You are a real people person and love meeting new people and taking them on a personal journey to make them feel amazing.

Our teams are passionate for cross category selling across our iconic products, by sharing key benefits and features to our products, such as our Number #1 Advanced Genifique Serum! Meeting and greeting prospective customers in store to have skin consultations, demonstrating empathy and sharing expertise and product knowledge, that could ultimately change their lives.

You will lead by example to your team, proactively approaching customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide exceptional customer experience. Sharing your knowledge and educating customers with empathy, enhancing their in-store experience with our Beauty Tech to provide unique skin recommendations. You will thrive on inspiring your teams to lead events to drive business results and customer loyalty.

Support And Development:

Your induction will consist of regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor and Peers. From the beginning you will be set up online with induction modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, Fragrance and Business/Operations Management. Following this, a full training induction will also be held in our beautiful head office in Hammersmith, London to support your success.

You will attend quarterly team trainings where you will have an intro to all new launches, application techniques and get to play with all our new iconic products! You will have access to E-Learning modules where you can develop yourself; we will support your development with a best in the business experience. The future is yours! We will support your progression leading into an Area Manager or Head Office role.
