Overview

Travel Retail L’Oréal Group Beauty Advisor. This role focuses on delivering personalised, luxury skincare, makeup and fragrance consultations, driving brand awareness and sales while ensuring each customer feels special. You’ll be part of an expert team, passionate about exceptional service and luxury beauty. You will be supported to develop within your role through L’Oréal Group training and education, with opportunities to progress to roles such as Make-Up Artist or Counter Manager.

To provide exceptional service to L’Oréal Group customers and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays due to airport operations.
  • Desire to learn fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to deliver the best results for clients.
  • Generate sales to achieve targets by applying multi-brand selling methods, product knowledge and following basic service flow.
  • Engage with customers to share L’Oréal group beauty and broaden reach.
  • Use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.
  • Maintain counter/store quality and merchandising, including appearance, cleanliness and on-shelf product availability.
  • Develop positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office.
  • Be a brand ambassador with proactive attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming.
  • Convey passion and strong storytelling.
  • Connect with clients, provide good solutions and after-sales/service support.
