About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in White City, London. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle. While we have multiple opportunities within our HR department, you are applying for one HR Intern position. Throughout the recruitment process, we will work with you to identify which area best aligns with your skills and interests:

  • Learning & Development
  • Talent Acquisition (Early Careers)
  • HR Generalist

Your Responsibilities (will vary based on your assigned area)

  • Supporting the design and delivery of engaging learning programs
  • Coordinating logistics and materials for training sessions and events
  • Supporting the execution and management of onboarding programs
  • Assisting in the development of learning offerings for early career talent
  • Managing and engaging our Intern & Apprentice Community "NextGen"
  • Providing support on generalist HR tasks (e.g., employee relations, onboarding)
  • Assisting with the rollout of employee surveys
  • Supporting ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives

Your Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a drive to improve efficiency.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Currently in your second year of university on a course that allows for an Industrial Placement Year (graduated students are not eligible).
