Supply Chain Management Trainee Programme

Overview: L’Oréal runs a Supply Chain Management Trainee Programme. Each year, up to 28 graduates from diverse academic backgrounds join for 18 months, completing three rotations across a variety of roles to gain an overview of how different functions and divisions operate.
What you’ll do
- Engage with factories across Europe, working with Marketing and Commercial teams to forecast product potential, maximise service levels, and manage costs within budget.
- Potentially complete a rotation in a Distribution Centre (Nottingham or Manchester) or within Sourcing teams.
- Contribute from day one with curiosity and innovation to improve processes; apply analytical thinking and clear problem-solving.
