Supply Chain Management Trainee Programme

Overview: L’Oréal runs a Supply Chain Management Trainee Programme. Each year, up to 28 graduates from diverse academic backgrounds join for 18 months, completing three rotations across a variety of roles to gain an overview of how different functions and divisions operate.
What you’ll do
- Engage with factories across Europe, working with Marketing and Commercial teams to forecast product potential, maximise service levels, and manage costs within budget.
- Potentially complete a rotation in a Distribution Centre (Nottingham or Manchester) or within Sourcing teams.
- Contribute from day one with curiosity and innovation to improve processes; apply analytical thinking and clear problem-solving.

- Support Sourcing activities and work cross-functionally to align with business priorities.
What we’re looking for
- Leadership experience from university or work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to be challenged daily.
- Second language skills and interest in an international career (preferred).
- Previous relevant work experience or internships (preferred).
Eligibility
- Final-year university students graduating in 2026 or recent graduates (within the last two years).
- Available to start in July 2026 or January 2027.
