Commercial Business Director (CBD)
Propel the growth of prestigious beauty brands by forging robust partnerships with key customers and devising cutting-edge commercial strategies. As a CBD, you will nurture deep customer relationships and harness your market insights to drive brand expansion and surpass ambitious objectives. You will be supported in this goal by your team of over 10 people.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Leading Your Team
- Lead one of our largest teams of account managers in the Luxury Division, guiding them in managing their respective accounts.
- Develop long-term, multi-functional relationships with key stakeholders (buyers, marketing, e-commerce, beauty advisors, etc.).
- Gain a thorough understanding of your retailer customer insights.
- Devise commercial plans aligned with retailer growth targets.
- Develop retailer-centric strategies to ensure optimal market positioning and brand ranking.
Managing The P&L
- Understand the customer P&L and identify opportunities to maximize profitability and manage risk effectively.
- Ensure sell-in forecast accuracy, consistency, and control within your team.
- Optimize the P&L by focusing on productivity and profitability within this channel.
Reporting and Strategy
- Consolidate customer insights and performance data for reporting to CBD.
- Design and manage the customer strategy based on the Luxe strategic framework for the retailers.
Who You Are
- Excellent sales, including Ecommerce, and negotiation skills
- Brand expertise, both On & Off, to drive its needs in negotiations
- Proven track record in On & Off Trade Marketing actions
- Understanding of customer P&L and commercial advantages
- Market, consumer, and competition awareness
- Ability to motivate and lead a team and proactively cooperate within the organization
