We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organised Advocacy & Influencer Manager to lead the charge for Vichy. From nurturing agency partnerships and spotting the next big influencer talent to executing high-impact events and driving NPD strategy, you’ll be at the heart of our most exciting multi-brand activations. A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Vichy A&I agency and nurture a strong, collaborative partnership.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure excellence on integrated plans across engagement touchpoints for La Roche-Posay, CeraVe and Vichy multibrand activations.
- Work with Senior Medical Advocacy Manager on KOL activations.
- Drive NPD + Pillar A&I strategy at key times for the brand in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Manage seeding campaigns (forecast and order products, manage budget tracker) to support trends, pillars and brand launches.
- Manage influencer database, identifying new relevant targets.
- Assist in preparing reports (campaign results, market, consumer & platform trends, influencers IRM) and competitor activity overviews.
- Organise and manage schedules for the events.
- Assist in event execution.
- Own and manage all paid advocacy reporting and budget controlling files.
- Own the advocacy budget(s) and be accountable.
