As an Advisor specialising in Employee Relations at L'Oréal, your day is a focused journey through the complexities of workplace dynamics. You possess a number of years of progressive HR experience within a relevant, fast-paced industry sector (FMCG/food etc.), a significant portion of which has been dedicated to managing complex ER caseloads. You are highly proficient in handling a wide array of workplace issues in a corporate, head office environment, and with working with senior stakeholders as a trusted business partner.
