The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
In this varied and vital role, you are the glue that holds the team together. No two days are the same as you will be responsible for:
- Extensive proactive diary management and office admin support
- Co-ordinating and organising relevant team events
- Booking regional and international travel & accommodation
- Management of expenses
- Extensive PO raising - tracking, goods receipting and managing complex invoice queries
- Building strong internal, external and international relationships in order to benefit the business and the teams you support
- Liaising with external stakeholders on behalf of your Managers
- Lead the coordination of international visits from Zone and Global Leadership Teams
- Preparation of documents and presentations for respective Management Committee members
- Supporting the new starter and leaver process when relevant, including coordinating the FIT programme for new team members
- Support EA and wider assistant community with workload and changing priorities
- General administration (issues resolution, IT requests, catering, stationery, filing, binding, taxi bookings etc.)
- Support the Leadership Teams & HR in the Pulse action plans
- Ad-hoc project support
