Advocacy Manager – Luxe Division

Advocacy Manager – Luxe Division. Do you have a passion for luxury products? Are you interested in influencer marketing? Do you know what it takes to create scroll stopping content? We are looking for an Advocacy Manager to join the L’Oréal Luxury Brands, to drive content excellence. You will be a key player in driving our multi-branded advocacy strategy across a range of campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure excellence on integrated plans across engagement touchpoints.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the A&I agency and nurture a strong, collaborative partnership.
  • Drive NPD + Pillar A&I strategy at key times for the brand(s) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage seeding campaigns (forecast and order products, manage budget tracker) to support trends, pillars and brand launches.
  • Manage influencer database, identifying new relevant targets.
  • Assist in preparing reports (campaign results, market, consumer & platform trends, influencers IRM) and competitor activity overviews.
  • Organise and manage schedules for the events. Assist in event execution.
  • Own and manage all paid advocacy reporting and budget – controlling files.
  • Own the advocacy budget(s) and be accountable.

  • Understand what it takes to create new and exciting advocacy moments and how to hype up viral products
  • A creative soul but with an analytical mind who loves to report on key wins & share what is working & what isn’t
  • Enjoy building relationships with talent and know what it takes to foster strong connections
  • Have strong presentation skills and can present with confidence
  • Have a creative eye with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding workplace
  • Excellent team player and willing to pitch in and support the wider team where required
  • Able to work autonomously when managing budgets / excel
