About Lore Lovis
Lore Lovis is a London-based contemporary jewellery brand creating refined pieces rooted in timeless human meanings.
We are looking for a Part-Time Jewellery Designer to develop original jewellery concepts and new product directions.
The Role
You will work closely with the Founder to translate creative briefs and ideas into considered jewellery designs, exploring multiple creative directions before developing selected concepts further.
Responsibilities
- Develop original jewellery concepts from creative briefs.
- Produce sketches and visual design explorations.
- Explore multiple design directions for individual products.
- Refine selected concepts with attention to form, proportion, detail and wearability.
- Design across pendants, necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings.
- Consider materials and jewellery construction throughout the design process.
- Collaborate with CAD specialists and manufacturers to translate concepts into production-ready pieces.
- Contribute to the development of a distinctive and consistent design language across our collections.
What We're Looking For
- Background in Jewellery Design or a closely related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and design thinking.
- Strong sketching and/or digital design skills.
- Good understanding of form, proportion, materials and jewellery construction.
- Ability to generate and communicate multiple creative directions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- CAD knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- Recent graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
Working Arrangement
Part-time · Hybrid · London
The role will include in-person collaborative design sessions in London alongside flexible remote work.
