We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, based at our head office in London, to help shape and elevate how Lore Group and our seven independent hotels show up visually across brand, campaigns, digital platforms and on-property touch-points. The Senior Graphic Designer will work across a wide range of materials, including print communication, digital and moving image, campaign and social assets, as well as on-property collateral and corporate projects. Youβll interpret briefs from initial concept through to final artwork and implementation, bringing strong creative thinking and design rigour whether working independently or collaboratively. A high level of attention to detail is essential, ensuring all final assets are delivered on time, on brand and in a cost-effective manner. Clear communication, the ability to manage multiple workstreams and strong prioritisation skills are key, as the role works closely with central teams and on-property stakeholders to deliver a broad range of projects. The Senior Graphic Designer reports directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing and works closely with teams across the business, including HR, Sales, Regional Marketing Directors, on-property marketing teams and Lore Studio.
Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day design development of key assets across brand, digital and hotel marketing, including digital brochures, hotel newsletters, email templates, invitations and print materials.
- Deliver digital campaign assets across all web channels, including CRM-led communications and email campaigns, from concept through to roll-out.
- Develop supplementary creative assets for key campaigns (including festive, seasonal, package-led and B2B initiatives) in collaboration with brand and hotel teams.
- Review and provide clear, considered feedback on key visual assets, including photography, film and illustration, guiding retouching, editing, narrative, pacing and overall quality.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of printed materials, including colour proofing, sample approval and final quality checks.
- Lead digital-first design projects and provide critical design feedback on web-first projects to ensure consistency, usability and visual impact.
- Develop and execute highly creative, engaging concepts across social, web, print and digital touchpoints, translating ideas into strong, coherent visual communication.
- Contribute to the creation of new sub-brand concepts and ideations, including visual mock-ups and brand guidelines.
- Design and maintain corporate templates, trade show stand designs, B2B sales collateral, presentations and quarterly or annual review materials.
- Establish and oversee clear processes for the organisation, version control and accessibility of finalised assets, working towards consistent use of Lore Group's digital asset management tools across the business.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout, typography, and brand-led design across print and digital.
- Proven experience working within consumer, luxury or lifestyle brands, with a strong understanding of premium visual standards is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the print design process, including extensive knowledge of paper stocks, print techniques, and production workflows.
- Experience collaborating with external creatives and production partners, including illustrators, photographers, video editors, printers and packaging suppliers.
- Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Lightroom, XD), alongside confidence using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for photography and motion, with a strong critical eye for reviewing retouching, editing and overall visual quality.
- Experience in digital user experience design, including wireframes and process flows, is desirable.
- Front-end digital knowledge (CSS, HTML, JavaScript) would be considered a bonus.
