We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Senior Host to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of hospitality, and a knack for creating warm and welcoming environments. As a Senior Host, you will be the face of Sea Containers London, ensuring every guest receives a memorable first impression and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team, providing training, support, and motivation to ensure high performance.
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as reservations, housekeeping, and food & beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist with VIP and special guest arrangements, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and briefings to ensure effective communication and team cohesion.
  • Assist with scheduling and staff management to ensure optimal coverage and service levels.
