Lore Group is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers London on the South Bank.

You will oversee day-to-day dining operations, lead the front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction while reporting to the Floor Manager and Restaurant Manager.

You will drive service standards, train staff on menu knowledge and upselling, and collaborate with kitchen, bar and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
