We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at Sea Containers London. The Laundry Supervisor is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the laundry function, maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and presentation across all hotel linen and uniforms.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing daily laundry operations, ensuring all linen and uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and delivered to standard
  • Supervising and supporting the laundry team, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met
  • Managing stock levels of linen, chemicals, and supplies
  • Conducting regular quality checks to maintain brand standards
  • Coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments to meet operational demands
  • Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently followed
  • Supporting rota planning, training, and team development

Salary: £30,744 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
