As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operation of 12th Knot, leading by example to ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service. You'll work closely with the management team to drive service excellence, motivate the team, and maintain the high standards that define the Sea Containers London experience. What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising daily operations across the rooftop bar and lounge.
  • Leading and motivating the team during service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Acting as a role model for service standards, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
  • Supporting the management team with training, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Managing guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism and confidence.
  • Ensuring all opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures are completed accurately.
  • Monitoring cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assisting with stock management, ordering, and inventory controls.
  • Supporting the delivery of private events, activations, and special occasions hosted at 12th Knot.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Food & Beverage Assistant in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or premium hospitality environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Confidence working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, positive, and hands-on approach.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium beverage service is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary: £13.91 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
