About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, personable Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with people, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, friendly and professional first impression for every guest
  • Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable and Micros
  • Build genuine connections with guests, recognising regulars and enhancing their experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit from arrival to departure
  • Communicate effectively with the restaurant, kitchen and management teams (including dietary requirements, celebrations, and special requests)
  • Maintain a clear overview of the dining room to ensure efficient service flow
  • Handle phone and in-person enquiries with confidence and professionalism
  • Be a knowledgeable point of contact, guiding guests around the venue and hotel

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
