As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your section and supporting the delivery of food across multiple outlets and services, including:
- Conferences, banquets, weddings, and private events
- In-room dining
- Staff Canteen
Working alongside a talented kitchen brigade, you'll ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standards while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and excellent food safety practices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and delivering high-quality food for events, room service, and the staff canteen.
- Taking ownership of your section during preparation and service.
- Supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
- Ensuring all food is prepared in line with recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety.
- Assisting with stock control, food rotation, and minimising waste.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel, banqueting, events, or high-volume kitchen environment.
- A passion for quality food and hospitality.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive approach to teamwork.
- A good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Salary: £36,692 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
