About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Events Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen brigade, supporting the delivery of high-quality food for meetings, private dining, weddings, and large-scale events. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career chef to develop their skills in a fast-paced, creative, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and service of food for conferences, banquets, private events, and our staff canteen
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by senior chefs
  • Support mise en place for high-volume service while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Ensure all food is prepared and stored in line with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised workstation in accordance with HACCP procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service delivery

Salary: £30,407 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
