As a part-time Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, professional, and seamless service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver friendly, professional service and maintain strong communication with managers and team members.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure consistent, high-quality beverage service.
  • Take responsibility for assigned sections, including stock levels, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Supervise bar backs and support teamwork across bar and floor staff.
  • Follow opening/closing procedures and ensure tasks are completed to company standards.
  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards; report and address hazards promptly.
  • Handle equipment properly and minimise breakages.
  • Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and payment procedures (including Micros use).
  • Maintain professionalism (punctuality, uniform standards, training attendance).
  • Report customer feedback/complaints and carry out reasonable management requests.

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge, plus benefits.
