Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking for a supportive, welcoming environment where your skills truly make a difference? Lordshill Health Centre is looking for a motivated practice nurse to join our friendly primary care team for 25 hours per week. You'll be confident in treatment room duties and experienced in managing long-term conditions, particularly diabetes and asthma. If you're passionate about delivering excellent patient care and enjoy working collaboratively, we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
- Provide a full range of treatment room duties, including wound care, cervical cytology, and immunisations.
- Run nurse-led clinics for diabetes and asthma, supporting patients with reviews, education, and self-management.
- Help manage long-term conditions in line with current guidelines.
- Work as a key member of our multidisciplinary team.
- Keep accurate clinical records in line with NMC and practice standards.
