We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join our team at Lords Builders Merchants Beaconsfield. This is a varied role that plays a key part in the smooth running of our operation and supporting both our customers and colleagues.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the Fork Lift Truck Drivers, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy and well organised, with strong stock rotation and presentation standards.
- Ensuring daily checks and reporting defects on plant and machinery are carried out.
- Reporting any health & safety concerns promptly.
- Organising local deliveries in a 3.5t vehicle when required.
- Supporting the wider branch team with day-to-day operations, liaising with the Branch Manager and other senior members.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a builders' merchant environment (preferred).
- Experience in leading a team and warehouse management.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong focus on customer service.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Able to lead a team, driving success.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and awareness of safety procedures.
- Eligible to work in the UK.

Working Hours
- Hours: 7.30am-5pm Mon-Fri
- Holiday: 21 days plus Bank Holidays
