We're looking for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join the yard team at our Kettering branch.

This is a fast-paced, practical role at the heart of our operation, supporting customers, suppliers and colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Safely operating a forklift to pick, load and unload vehicles.
  • Assisting customers, suppliers and delivery drivers on site.
  • Picking orders manually and handling heavy materials where required.
  • Occasionally making deliveries in a 3.5t dropside vehicle
  • Keeping the yard clean, organised and safe, with high standards of presentation.
  • Managing stock rotation and highlighting shortages or issues.
  • Carrying out daily checks on plant and machinery and reporting defects or H&S concerns.
  • Working closely with the wider yard team to maintain an efficient operation.
