We're looking for HGV Drivers to join Lords Builders Merchants across our South West London branches. With multiple opportunities available now and coming up, this is a great time to join a growing business where drivers are a key part of the operation. This is a hands-on role - you'll be out on the road delivering materials, while also supporting the wider branch team when needed.
Responsibilities
- Delivering building materials safely and efficiently to customers
- Loading and unloading your vehicle (often using HIAB)
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining compliance
- Providing a high standard of customer service on every delivery
- Supporting yard and branch operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- HIAB licence and experience preferred
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Experience in a builders' merchant or similar environment is an advantage
- A flexible, team-focused approach
