We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-driven Sales Executive to join the team at Lords Builders Merchants in Aylesbury. The role involves helping customers find the right building materials solutions, handling enquiries, and supporting the branch’s success through strong product knowledge and customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotes
- Building strong relationships with existing trade and retail customers while developing new business locally
- Promoting Lords' full range of products and services
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver great service every time
Requirements (Qualifications and Skills):
- At least 2 years' sales experience within builders' merchants or the wider construction materials trade
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Confidence using order systems, email and basic IT tools

- Reliable transport due to branch location
