Role Overview
APP Wholesale Ltd is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - ERP Support & Adoption to support the development, optimisation and adoption of our business systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role is based in Waterlooville, with flexibility for the successful candidate to work from our Dagenham or Erith site as required.

The successful candidate will support users, coordinate testing, deliver training, maintain documentation and identify continuous improvement opportunities, working with the ERP & Business Systems Manager to turn requirements into practical system improvements.
This role suits someone who enjoys business analysis, user engagement, systems support, process improvement and change coordination.

- * Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- * Experience supporting business users within a commercial environment.
- * Strong documentation and process mapping skills.

- * Experience supporting testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
- * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
