More than just driving. Be part of a team that keeps things moving. We’re looking for HGV Drivers to join Lords Builders Merchants across our North West London branches. With multiple opportunities available now and coming up, this is a great time to join a growing business where drivers are a key part of the operation. This is a hands‑on role — you’ll be out on the road delivering materials, while also supporting the wider branch team when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering building materials safely and efficiently to customers
- Loading and unloading your vehicle (often using HIAB)
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining compliance
- Providing a high standard of customer service on every delivery
- Supporting yard and branch operations when required
What we’re looking for:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- HIAB licence and experience preferred
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Experience in a builders’ merchant or similar environment is an advantage
- A flexible, team‑focused approach
