- Raise quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Proactively upsell and promote suitable products to meet customer needs

- Collaborate with colleagues across the branch to ensure smooth operations
- Provide occasional cover in the yard and warehouse, including forklift work if trained
- Support stock control and help ensure the branch remains clean, safe and well-presented
Join us and be part of a team that values expertise, effort, and collaboration. At George Lines, we’re proud to supply quality materials and honest advice to the civils and groundworks sector — and we’re just getting started.

- Background in the builders’ merchant or construction supply sector — ideally with civils or groundworks knowledge
- A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved wherever needed
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
