We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant. An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team in Beaconsfield, based in the Plumbing & Heating department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock in a safe and organised manner.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or collection.
  • Maintain stock levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organised at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service when assisting with stock queries.
  • Support with the unloading of deliveries and liaise with suppliers.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

You must have experience of using a forklift, and ideally, a valid forklift licence to apply for this role. Due to the location of the branch, you must also have your own, reliable transport.

Hours: 7am-4.30pm Mon-Fri, 7.30am-12pm alternate Saturdays

Requirements:

  • Forklift and warehouse experience.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating products would be an advantage.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift heavy items.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
