We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Branch Manager who thrives on building strong teams, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving business growth. As Branch Manager, you will oversee the full day-to-day running of the branch—including sales, customer service, team leadership, stock management, and health & safety compliance. Your role will be to inspire your team to deliver an unbeatable service experience, grow the customer base, and establish lasting relationships with clients in the local area. Manage branch operations, including inventory control and stock accuracy Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies Identify opportunities for improvement and drive branch performance Competitive Salary Offered Hours: 40 hours per week, some Saturdays when required Holiday: 24 days per year plus Bank Holidays Discretionary bonus scheme, car allowance Proven experience in a managerial role within the building supplies industry Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance standards Lords Builders Merchants was established over 30 years ago and remains a family-run business.
