We are looking for a Plumbing Trade Counter Assistant:
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Plumbing Trade Counter Assistant to join our team in Beaconsfield , working within our busy Plumbing & Heating department .
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines plumbing product sales with stock control and warehouse responsibilities . You’ll be working closely with trade customers, suppliers, and the wider branch team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional service.
Responsibilities:
· Providing face-to-face and telephone support to trade and retail plumbing customers
· Processing orders, preparing quotes, and handling customer queries with confidence
· Proactively making outbound calls to follow up leads and grow local sales
· Managing goods-in , stock movements, and showroom replenishment
· Picking stock for customer orders and maintaining accurate stock records
· Keeping the warehouse area clean, safe, and organised
· Occasionally making local deliveries in the company van (driving licence required)
