Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our dedicated Plumbing & Heating department at our Ladbroke Grove branch. If you are a motivated plumbing sales professional with comprehensive product knowledge and a passion for excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Plumbing & Heating department, ensuring efficient stock management, customer service, and sales.
- Drive sales and promote the company to existing and potential customers.
- Oversee the ordering and stock control of plumbing products, ensuring timely availability for customers.
- Provide expert advice to customers on a wide range of plumbing and heating solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards across all operations.
Salary: circa £40,000 per annum
Hours: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 7am-12pm alternate Saturdays
Holiday: 23 days per year plus Bank Holidays
Benefits: Discretionary bonus scheme
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and installations.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
