We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Branch Manager who thrives on building strong teams, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving business growth. As Branch Manager, you will oversee the full day-to-day running of the branch—including sales, customer service, team leadership, stock management, and health & safety compliance. Your role will be to inspire your team to deliver an unbeatable service experience, grow the customer base, and establish lasting relationships with clients in the local area.
- Manage branch operations, including inventory control and stock accuracy
- Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive branch performance
Competitive Salary Offered
Hours: 40 hours per week, some Saturdays when required
Holiday: 24 days per year plus Bank Holidays
