Branch Manager – Lords Builders Merchants Byfleet

Are you an experienced merchanting professional looking to lead a branch where your hands-on approach and local relationships really make a difference?

We’re looking for a practical, people-focused Branch Manager to lead our small but busy Byfleet branch. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a well-established location, build strong customer connections, and guide a close-knit team.

Byfleet branch plays an important role in the community and within the wider Lords network — and we’re looking for someone who can help it thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations including sales, customer service, stock control, and team supervision
  • Working alongside your team to deliver excellent service and build trusted relationships with trade customers
  • Driving local business growth through strong customer engagement and proactive sales efforts
  • Managing inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe, well-run site
  • Supporting and developing your team to ensure high standards and positive morale
