The prime function of this role is to lead the kitchen team and work with the Catering Manager in the delivery of all catering services while positively promoting and advancing all service provisions. This encompasses all menu development, food preparation and food procurement procedures from deliveries to site, to finished meals leaving the kitchen. The Head Chef will also take the responsibility for health and safety regulation and ensuring that they are being communicated and followed.
