The predicted salary is between 19350 - 23650 Β£ per year.

The role holder will provide day-to-day management and pastoral support for the First and Second Form (National Curriculum Years 7 and 8) hub, Hendersons, ensuring that the space is organised, safe, tidy and welcoming, and provides an environment that is conducive to the positive development and wellbeing of students.

Working as part of the First and Second Form pastoral team, the role holder will act as a caring, supportive and visible point of contact for students using Hendersons throughout the school day. This will include taking registers at key times, accompanying students to meals, monitoring student activity within the hub and responding appropriately to issues as they arise.

The role will also provide dedicated administrative and operational support for the First and Second Form co-curricular and character programmes. The role holder will act as a key point of coordination and a second pair of eyes, helping to ensure that co-curricular activities run smoothly and efficiently. This will include monitoring arrangements, identifying and resolving issues, and providing practical administrative support to staff and students.

Contract: Full-time, term-time only (including INSET days), permanent.
