The Estates Technician plays a key role in supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the school estate across both sites. The role ensures premises are well maintained, operationally effective, and meet statutory and health and safety requirements while providing flexible support across Estates and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine compliance checks and support statutory requirements.
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the school estate.
  • Assist with maintenance, site management, and operational duties as required.
