This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager (Audiovisual) to work for a successful global company based in Surrey. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational, technical, and commercial aspects of audiovisual service delivery. This position drives operational excellence, ensures high-quality service standards, and fosters strong customer and supplier relationships. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional audiovisual solutions, maintain compliance with industry standards, and drive business growth through strategic contract management and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and profitability in audiovisual operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service, addressing complex inquiries, and resolving escalated issues.

- Business Development Support: Collaborate with the CEO and sales teams to identify opportunities for growth, including new service offerings and market expansion.
Based in Surrey, Salary is circa GBP75k p.a. doe plus benefits.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the audio-visual industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of audio-visual systems, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
