Highly Engineered Products & Solutions 295,000 AED per annum + Substantial Bonus + In-Country Benefits Based: Dubai – United Arab Emirates The Role Reporting directly into the Sales Director, the key challenges of the role will include: You will be directly responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan for the Middle East region, working closely with the in-house NPD, R&D and production teams to ensure that all the new bespoke products/solutions are delivered in full, on time and to budget. In addition to managing and developing the existing Sales team, selling highly engineered products/solutions with medium to long sales cycles, this is a customer facing role where you will be expected to "lead by example" by taking personal responsibility for several strategic accounts. Through your team, you will identify customer needs, negotiate and produce high value bids/proposals and co-ordinate in-company resources to ensure their contract requirements are met. The Candidate A proven sales professional and man-manager, with a successful track record of developing sales teams within the direct and distributor sales channels. A strong communicator and influencer, a role model for exceptional sales performance who is dedicated to ensuring that your team is trained, motivated and fully equipped to achieve their targets. Commercially astute with a structured and professional approach, you will have an aptitude for identifying and growing talent with a solid track record of training and developing your people. You will have the drive and stamina to cope with regular in-territory travel and fluency in English is essential.
