Now entering an exciting new phase of growth, the business is looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Sales to lead its national sales strategy, secure major contract opportunities and help shape the future direction of the organisation.

The opportunity:
- Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the commercial growth agenda across the UK.
- You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing major Passive Fire Protection opportunities, strengthening relationships with key contractors, developers and public sector clients and developing a clear strategy for sustainable revenue growth.
- Working closely with highly experienced operational and delivery teams, you’ll have the support and credibility needed to focus on what you do best: opening doors, building trusted partnerships and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.
- This role offers significant visibility within the business and the opportunity to become a key voice in future growth, investment and expansion plans.
The person:
We’re looking for a proven sales leader with a strong track record of winning work within Passive Fire Protection or closely aligned construction sectors. You’ll combine strategic commercial thinking with the ability to personally develop and nurture high-value client relationships.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- A demonstrable record of winning and growing Passive Fire Protection projects and frameworks
- Experience selling services such as fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors or broader compliance-led solutions
- Strong relationships across the UK construction sector
- Experience working with Tier 1 contractors, principal contractors, developers or public sector bodies
- The credibility and commercial acumen to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
